Students Investing in Students Annual Scholarship Fund

The Students Investing in Students Annual Scholarship Fund provides $1,000 scholarships and was established by the Student Association Executive Committee on behalf of the Undergraduate Student Body of SUNY Geneseo and was supported by the Student Association and mandatory student activity fees.
CRITERIA: This scholarship is awarded to a student who a) is incoming, b) is first-year, c) has need for financial aid, d) has demonstrated a drive for improving their high school and communities around them, and e) demonstrates a history of commitment to the advocacy, advancement, and support of students within their high school and community.
PROCESS: After the first year the student is eligible to apply for the Student Association Merit Award for Leadership, Service and Diversity, a continuation of the program for returning students.
