Gertrude Dewey Gillespie 1939 Scholarship Endowment

The Gertrude Dewey Gillespie 1939 Scholarship Endowment provides renewable scholarships and was established by Gertrude Dewey Gillespie 1939.
CRITERIA: This scholarship is awarded to students who a) are training to be K-12 teachers at SUNY Geneseo, b) GPA of 3.0 or higher, c) incoming first-year, and d) full-time, unless they have fewer than twice the number of semester hours required to be full time remaining in their degree program.
PROCESS: The recipient is selected by the Ella Cline Shear School of Education. The scholarship is renewable for four years at college as long as the recipient meets the requirements. The funds may be used for tuition and room and board.
