Joanna Kirk One World Scholarship Endowment

The Joanna Kirk One World Scholarship Endowment provides a scholarship and was established by Joanna Kirk and Charles Strickland 1974.
CRITERIA: The scholarship is awarded to a student who a) meets all the requirements for and be accepted into a semester-long or year-long study abroad program, b) is degree-seeking at SUNY Geneseo at the time of both the application for and the use of the award, c) in good academic standing, d) in good social standing (including no disciplinary charges pending) at the time of application, e) is eligible for financial aid or otherwise demonstrate a need for financial support to study abroad, and f) is preferably an International Relations or Political Science major or minor, and/or to a student planning to conduct research or engage in service learning while overseas.
