Howard and Helen E. Smith Memorial Annual Scholarship Fund

The Howard and Helen E. Smith Memorial Annual Scholarship Fund provides a scholarship and was established by Curt Smith 1973, in memory of his grandparents.
CRITERIA: This scholarship is awarded to a student who a) is from Wyoming or Livingston County, b) has shown exceptional dedication, c) exhibits self-discipline, and d) exhibits a desire to learn.
