The Richard 1946 and Mary 1940 Fernan Scholarship Endowment was established via bequest by Mary 1940 Fernan.
CRITERIA: Five (5) scholarships awarded annually, in the amount of Fifteen Thousand ($15,000) dollars to student(s) who is a) deserving, and b) studying education.
