Tompkins Financial Scholarship Endowment

The Tompkins Financial Scholarship Endowment was established by Bank of Castile/Tompkins Insurance Agency.
CRITERIA: The scholarship is awarded to students a) from Livingston, Wyoming or Genesee County, b) majoring in Business, and c) with need for financial aid.
